monitoring state/local government mandates for Tennessee and the CDC guideline and public health
advancements. As information pertaining to the virus continues to develop, we will adjust our
approach and keep you updated to ensure a safe environment for all ACHE South conference attendees.
Additionally, to help attendees communicate their level of comfort in interacting with one another,
ACHE South will provide color-coded ribbons to all onsite attendees:
▪ RED = Greet from 6 feet
▪ YELLOW = Elbows only
▪ GREEN = Handshakes, Hugs and High-fives
Face-Coverings: Face Masks are recommended during the conference. Disposable masks will be provided to attendees
who may forget or misplace their own.
Hand Sanitizing Stations: We recommend that attendees utilize hand sanitizing as often as possible during the event. Hand
sanitizing stations will be available throughout the conference.
Physical Distancing: Physical Distancing will be practiced based on state/local government guidelines. We ask that
attendees do not adjust the chair placement or event set up.
Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization: The Carnegie Hotel has enacted additional COVID-19 cleanliness-specific guidelines to make the
